Our Process
Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
As the first step in partner onboarding, we ensure the confidentiality of all shared information by signing a mutual NDA. This agreement safeguards sensitive data, including pricing details, business information, and the terms of the partnership.
Requirements Gathering
We collaborate with the client to understand their requirements, whether through a partner agency or direct business partnerships. This discussion includes identifying whether the client has an in-house team to manage projects or requires our team’s support to execute them.
Contract and NDA Signing
We work with the client to finalize a pricing structure that suits their preferences. This can be a fixed cost for the project duration or an hourly billing arrangement. Once agreed upon, both parties sign the contract and NDA to solidify the partnership.
Agreement Finalization
After agreeing on the pricing terms, we formalize the agreement and finalize the contract. At this stage, we also assign a dedicated account manager to oversee the partnership and manage project estimations.
